Our Annual Fall Fanatic Dinner was held on October 25th at our winery. We've received great feedback from our wine club members who said the dinner was "the best one in years!" We debuted the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon from Thatcher Bay vineyards (which will be a wine club bonus wine for the winter), and it was very well-received! Miraglia Catering was the featured caterer of the evening and their selections were simply mouth-watering:
2 passed appetizers (garlic crostini with olive tapenade & phyllo tartlettes with Gorgonzola cheese); mixed green salad with a Sherry shallot vinaigrette; penne pasta with a trio of mushrooms; grilled chicken breast with a zesty mango salsa; grilled flat iron steak with a roasted red pepper remoulade; and for dessert, lemon biscotti cheesecake and an assorted array of chocolate delights. Quite the flavor overload!
